You'll have to learn how to fix it yourself. I just took ours to bits a couple of weeks ago as it wasn't draining properly. I found a sock, a bra wire and some coins in the pipe between the drum and the filter
Stinky Man showed us; I'm mostly just peeved that the people on the phone didn't tell us to check that when we asked if there was anything other than the motor it could be.
 Buttons!
My unsealed jars of chutney have now been reboiled, the second round of laundry is drying and the first is folded and ready to be put away and I am off to make some cookie dough. TTFNOrganised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Just having a break from the housework for 5 mins or so
Grrr... swagbucks just doesn't want me to win any points today. I can't think of anything else to search for.
I left the front door on the latch earlier (I always do when I take the bins out, as i'm paranoid Izzy will shut it behind me and lock me out!) and it keeps blowing open again in the wind and making me jump. I keep thinking someone is breaking into the house, but no.Isabella Molly born 14th January 2009

I am upset for Susan and keep refreshing for an update
I am upset for Chris (and Sami) - how totally unacceptable and concerningit's exactly the kind of thing that will happen to our children at some point and you just dread. Hopefully it's been indeed nipped in the bud for now and Chris has a good day.
I am just really stressed. I think I am actually getting blotchy patches of skin around one eye due to stress.
Fragile semi-sick very-pregnant OH, manic, loving and attention-seeking toddler, main work at the moment being constructing a big business case for change which will involve at least a dozen people I know losing their jobs, applying for promotional job in a new area which will be lots more money but going through the process is very high-stress and I may very easily not get it, sleeping badly, ... preparing house for FIL and friend staying in a few weeks [clear spare room; buy and assemble futon; buy airbed; buy duvets and sheets; find places to put stuff cleared from spare room even though there is nowhere], not to mention baby being born in a few months...
Even the act of buying a new bed is causing me massive stress and indecision now, probably because I am too tense, I can't decide how much money to spend. I am currently really disliking the way my monthly income does not cover our outgoings (with annual bonus it does easily, but what this means is, I get annual bonus, put it in savings then the savings pot shrinks throughout the year. Psychologically this disturbs me) and therefore whacking the savings pot with a kingsized-bed hammer is causing me turmoil!
I really want a new bed though. I need better sleep.
Right rant over thanks all.
Happy birthday Michelle0 -

King-size, or superking? I am 6'4"+ and big. OH also medium+. Likelihood of new baby in bed with us soon. Current bed is an IKEA dubious larger-than-regular-king-but-smaller-than-super size, so it's either a downgrade (4" of width) or an upgrade (+8").
Superkings = more money, more weight when assembling/moving, more money on mattress, less options buying duvets and sheets etc. Superkings may support better sleep through more space. Maybe.0 -
Bruno - HUGS - breathe hun, you need to relax a little.
King definitely.
Superking will restrict you when you buy a house - they are mahoosive. And stupidly expensive.
You will sleep more if you chill a bit more. I worry for you xx
