I knew it was real monkeys but assumed they were behind fences.
    NO theyre not!!
    And some of this:
    I. We went to Blackpool zoo and they have a walk through area with marmasets ( i think - little monkey like creatures anyho) they jumped in Emmas buggy fortunately oh was carrying her and picked up his v expensive camcorder to get at the crumbs of popcorn underneath. They took a packet of softmints out of a ladies backpack too .

    Well done E kindof! :T

Boo to the bullies Sami. If he was hit with a fork you really do need to speak to someone a bit higher at his nursery.

    Got anything nice planned?

Not really, it's Eid so just staying at ILs unil sat, then off to Ayana's first bday invite! Im so excited for her. I feel like a real mummy taking her to a children's party. Daft, I know. :o I will be with the girlies next sat instead as one of my closest friends moved far away about a year ago so thought we would wait for her to come down. Plus, its my other friend's bday on 14th so double celebration as usual. I have eaten so much today... (all homemade) tandoori chicken, samosas, handesh (OMG like little treacle patties), pilau rice and birthday cake. :D I am a heffer.

LMFAO! Honestly, I am loving the carpy bingo talk... keep it up ladies. ;)
Happy Birthday Michelle and Happy Eid if that is the right thing to say! Hope we get some pics of A in her dress later xx
    Thanks. And yes it is.

Oh and best bday present ever: A lie in until 10am! :T Im sure she knows its my special day. A woke up at 7, had a feed and was determined to go back to sleep. It could be something to do with the fact that she hasnt had a poo for 3 days now. :( Poor mite was crying lots last night. Gave her some sugar water, infacol and lots of tummy rubs but nothing has happened yet. Im expecting an explosion of some sort soon.

Pics up in a bit when I find the cable although they are mainly of her trying to eat her dress. Then making her dress into a bed and snuggling up to it. :A

Susan, a complaint letter is a good idea. I am thinking of you.

Susan - I hope you are okay.

I think a letter highlighting your concerns may be appropriate. But I think you should put yourself and your family first at this time and take care of yourselves before worrying about others.

Been checking all day for an update, I agree with MFD. XXXXXXXXXX

  • Thinking of you Susan. I agree with writing a complaint letter but 2 weeks is a good timeframe.
  • Hugs Bruno, sounds like you need them :)

    Tara that's awful :(
  • Michelle, it's very common for a breastfed baby to not go for a number of days... She's not constipated, it just means her body is digesting all the goodness from the milk and there's very little wastage. :)

Sami, sorry a horrid boy has upset Christopher... At our school they're very sensitive to labelling something as bullying in nursery / reception age children. At that age it's less likely to be bullying and more likely to just be a child who has no real idea how to behave well in a social environment and being generally horrible to any child near enough... Making the staff aware that there is an issue means they can watch that child and hopefully nip any bad behaviour in the bud before it occurs.

Bruno, Can spare room items not be stacked in a neat enough way in one corner of the spare room that they don't have to be re-homed elsewhere? Or could you be ruthless and throw some stuff out? I would also say King Sized... Ours is plenty big enough for the four of us to fit in comfortably for Sunday night cuddles and stories before bed...

Susan, I think a letter to PALs would be good, if it helped someone else after you... I hope Alice wasn't too disapointed with a hospital picnic rather than a Beamish one... And a ((hug)) from me too.

Happy Birthday Michelle... If you wanted to pop some cake round I wouldn't complain... I love birthday cake!

Aimee's just asked me if she can do football after school... She's never struck me as a football playing kind of girl... But I'll put her name down if that's what she fancies... <shrug>
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
