that may be..but..i literally can't do anything without a CRN can i...the report tool is like..call the financial provider..yet they need the CRN from me too..so..im just in a loop atm. Im not panicing really, just kinda like !!!!!!? lol the woman on the phone told me to try using the report tool aswell as they were busy...but its no good, really lame, this is my last day off work too, so..i can only get it sorted today or next week

Kota, I to am waiting for AF to call me back, I have called twice and each time they say someone will call back.

I have also called consumer direct in my local area . They first began telling me that they had recieved an email regarding MCO Capital and suggested that I call AF. They have made a note about this scam and they will let trading standards know so they can investigate.

Better to keep trying to phone them - it;s a free call and callbacks are way down their priority list at the moment. You can also complete the online report but you need to answer one question in particular to get through the maze - I can Private Message (PM) that to you if you'd like - PM me and I will respond

Out of interest.....How many of us have good credit ratings?

My elderly father who has dementia got one of these letters last weekend. I happened to open it. It was obviously very fishy from the off. My Dad hasn't got a computer and even if he did he wouldn't be able to use it much less want a payday loan.

I emailed Helploan advising them that I thought he'd been the victim of identity fraud and asking them to deal with me as I have power of attorney. Unfortunately, I gave them my contact details and address:(. I had googled but didn't spot any complaints at that time.

Since I hadn't heard from them I thought I'd chase this up today and discovered to my horror the extent of this business. I've called AF and left my number for them to contact me. I'll just wait for them to do so. Sounds like this is going to be a long one!

Mine is good :T and I'd like it to stay that way particuarly as my mortgage is due for renewal in a couple of months. I certainly don't need any rubbish from MCO hanging about on my rating.
