    Put a blank CD in the drive and let Roxio burn the CD.

    Firstly, using a working computer, you can check that you can see folders on the CD you have just created. If you can;
    Once completed, place the BootCD in the drive of the corrupted machine and reboot. Hit 'Boot from CD' if presented.

    I checked to see what files were on the CD. I got the following
    HBCD File folder
    Boot Cd Text
    Auto run Setup
    Windows menu Command script

    When I start up normally the cd didnt boot up and it came to the blue screen. So I tried again in safe mode but the same thing happened. Any ideas please?

    You have to choose Boot from CD before it reaches the Blue Screen or go into your BIOS and change the Boot order so that it boots from the CD drive first. Dependent on your machine, you may be able to select F12 on startup to enable you to get to a Boot order screen.

    As you might imagine, it may be a bit difficult for me to guess what it is that you see. A far more detailed description will be necessary for me to proceed.
