Thanks debtfree, so pleased our hard work has paid off. Feel like we have had a good month overall, have updated signature ready for the 1st of the month and in November we knocked 2 months off mortgage 2 and reduced our overall balance by £1000. Christmas is paid for and I have started making some plans for 2021. One includes a house project and as ever the job in my mind is getting bigger and bigger! If there is no holiday abroad next year I can't see why we can't do it.3p tilly tidy which I found in a savings account when paying a 0% card - they are also coming down nicely and it should be possible to clear one before the 0% deal ends - avoiding another switch.November totalsSupermarket £240.02Fuel £138OP's £218.36Now let us see what December brings!!June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!5

We are debating a living room makeover, quite fancy one of those false walls to add some character and shelving areas. Have seen those fancy evon1c fires on a few pages but they are ££££!! Could end up escalating and it's only because we intend to replace the carpet having had most of the rest of the house done! Will have to see how the plans go.
£1.88 Tilly tidy as rounded account down rather than leaving it with an odd pound at the end.£26.66 top up shop that dh did on the the way home but looking at the receipt it's mostly snack based stuff. I don't really like doing a shop on the 1st of the month as it feels like we really eat into the budget and prefer a few days grace!!Busy end to the working day walking the dog although it was lovely to see all the Christmas lights around the estate. Load of washing down to save me rushing around in the morning and all almost dried. Really feel like the evening has run away with me and have a feeling the rest of the week will too.

Good evening, another week that has flown by! I really could do with more hours in my day as have a mental list of jobs I want to get done and time is not on my side!
This weekend I definitely need to start wrapping presents, am waiting on some more frames arriving so can make up some more gifts from prints. I think we are almost done but need to get everything out and double check where we are up to.Will need to do money shuffle tomorrow, have already transferred money ready for car payment. This reminds me I definitely need to sort out a car renewal quote. Likely to stay with the same company as have a good multi car policy but will see what quote is and ask them to price match is alternative quotes come in cheaper.
No PB win for us this month, beginners luck definitely doesn't apply to us with these!June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!5 -
Nope we didn’t win either. Having a real dry patch on winning on PB at the moment.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Fingers crossed debtfree!
Payday for dh yesterday (weekly pay definitely helps with momentum) so an extra £200 sent to the stoozing card to go towards recent spends. Couple more weeks of that and it should balance itself out. Also sent £2 to mortgage to round account down.
I probably should have a huge to do list but am starting small so things are achieved!
Today's plans are....
exchange dd faulty school shoes.
start wrapping Christmas presents (more frames have arrived).
sort out car/home insurance as renewal due shortly.Will be happy if that gets done, might stick on a cheesy Christmas film whilst I start the wrapping!June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!5 -
