  • Tigs, it looks as if you might have missed 2 very tasty bits of chicken.

    If you turn the chicken over, about halfway down (feel with your thumb) there's an indentation in the bones and there's a little walnut sized piece of chicken in there, either side.

    These are called the 'oysters' and are one of my fav bits! :D

    Concentrated so hard the lights went dim....:rolleyes:
