More cupcakes made. I'm not doing well at getting them dead flat and level with the top of the cupcake case (even though I'm squashing them when they come out). CBA to work out why. I'll make more during the week and hope they come out better.
Inside freezer sorted and inventoried - there was room to freeze the weekend's cooking once I'd tidied itBut I think we need to eat from the freezer for a while...
Duvet washed and on the line. Bedding about to go in and then I'll have a shower. Lots to do before OH gets back around 8ish, so I'd better get a move on0 -
started the morning with a lovely lie-in. onto internet to get instructions for removal of tick from dog. 2 wash loads done, and 2 td done. only another 4 to do. dw loaded.
good turn booked for lunchtime, persuaded DH we should take his mother out for lunch then fix her smoke detectors up. Hopefully manage to escape before she finds her complete job list! (note to self ... do not offer MIL as fill-in for FCC)

Well, I've done most of the washing up by hand, dried and put some of it away and loaded the washer in the last half hour. Oh and made 2 cups of coffee... I may be able to get into second gear in about 20 mins...‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

Sweep and mop the floor - did yesterday and will do again later on in the week
Nice one - at last have completed the kitchen, if I had a day off work I would do this as at the weekend it always feels like too big a job then today not too bad at all!
Just weighing up what to do next
Find out the BM instructions and make a loaf, do some batch cooking, sort out the wardrobe ruthlessly or lounge about with a DVD -hmmmm :rotfl:final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

All clean clothes put away and i also went through the boys underwear drawer. All holey socks are gone and any underwear that is too small. It looks so much better now and i know they only need a few more vests.
WM just finished so i'll get that out on the line and next load in. Think i'll take a nosey through the boys PJ's as i've seen some short legs lately.:rotfl:Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
Morning all!!
I have had a lovely lie in, OH brought me coffee in bed, 'The last one before you go back to work,' how sweet of him to remind me!! And I have stripped DD's bed (she is out with BF) and put on a load of washing (I don't usually do her washing as she's 20 but it's such a nice bright, sunny day that I thought I'd make the most of being able to dry it on the line and my basket is empty!!!! (WOW, there's a first time for everything!))
So tomorrow I am back at work
My list for today
shower and get dressed (LOL)
hoover stairs (why do I always put it off for so long, it only takes a few minutes)
hoover bedrooms
s&s bathroom
wash kitchen floor (see moan above about stairs)
maybe iron (OH's job not mine)
okay here I go......Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last0 -
