I've just slipped on my fron step and bashed my arm on the edge of the wall. My arm's gone dead now and it kills!:(

I think the dishes will have to wait a few mins.

Hair and money decluttered, and I've finally had some breakfast. Running to catch up with tooch and Mumto5. Will report in half an hour. Must get changed first.

    Jue - Ouch!

    HHC update:-
2 loads of washing put on line, 1 load taken off line

Line washing folded and put away/put in ever growing ironing pile

    more floordrobe clearance

    diary organised re football fixtures

Made fuss of cat who is still stuck to me like glue. She won't eat unless I stand and watch over her. I think she may have been mugged while she was eating while we were on holiday. She's obviously feeling very vunerable so I will have to reassure her for a while longer.

Got DS1 out of bed and into the shower (4th attempt at this).

Mumto5, I took my 2 (I have 3 now though!) to Harrods Father Christmas in 06. It was very good. Have fun!

Today have cleaned the windows at the front of my living room, the kitchen windows, cleaned the bathroom, swished the kitchen, & done a wash load.

Am off to town & Mr S in a mo.

Hi, FFP. Nice to see you post.

While I was out earlier I also dropped some goodies off at MIL's (cake, courgette soup). Will see what she thinks. DS1 likes the cake, but I'm still not convinced it's worth the effort. I like the actual cake mix, though, so I may try to use it in a different way. I'll do a post about it over a late lunch and see if anyone has any ideas.

HHC in kitchen done and made good progress. The cooker side is back to normal, top of TD cleared, lots of stuff put away, DW emptied and re-loaded (just waiting for things from DS1's room before it can go on). Draining board also cleared and a few things put in sink to soak.

Think I'll do the stairs (incl tiny top and bottom landing) next before finishing dishes. Once they're put away I can clean the sink and then move on to another room. :D

I'm fairly sure Mumto5's trip to Harrods is an annual event (how long have I been a member of this thread...)

Hope the arm's better Jue - my Mum jarred her back when dad moved a chair in the kitchen just after we came back from our jaunt...

Beds of offspring stipped and airing; mine stripped and part made (duvet cover and matching pillow cases are on line. Which &^£%$^% * idiot BOUGHT a CREAM duvet cover around the same time as she installed a black kitten, even though she already owns a tabby cat, both of which are allowed upstairs?

New marking code typed up - purty colours...

    (*insert expletive of your choice!)

Mrs C. what's that place in your avvy? Am sure have asked before but am *cof* peri-menopausal or dim :rotfl:
