    Morning all

I managed not to crawl back into my pit after I finally got DS1 up, so feeling quite bright. It's a dressing gown morning, though - not as warm as the last few days. DS1 is enjoying his HM soup for breakfast and for once I'm not all that bothered about eating. Should do really, as off to hairdresser's in a bit. I'll S&S the kitchen when I'm back (looks like a bombsite at the moment) and then start some dot-to-dotting.

DS2 had a football friendly last night. It was a long journey in the car but it was a great match and he got an assist. He is delighted as DS1 (who was running the line) over heard the manager stating that DS2 has won his place up front.
Relations with DH are still frosty. He has apologised but I am really hurt and upset. He was offered tickets for 8 out of 10 cats last night and asked if I wanted to go. It's 7.30 in central London on Football training night. I said I would go if he sorted out the childcare, lifts to training etc. Unsurprisingly he decided it was too much trouble:mad:

Well done to your DS2. ((((hugs)))) for the other issues. My DH spent yesterday going into town (by himself), collecting garden tools from a friend (by himself), watching DVDs in our bedroom, going bowling and going to the club (also all by himself). To be fair, he washed and dressed DS2 and spent a few minutes helping him play a game (where's rolleyes when you need him).

marchio/crafty - I found a recipe for lemon drizzle cake on the bbc good food website, but so far don't know if it's any good, as I ran out of steam last night. I believe Pigpen's OH has a good recipe, so we could ask.

Could I please have a recipe/link for the musli bars, marchio?
  • Hi all remember me! Hope you are all well and happy I have missed you all tons x

Been in a bit of a muddle here. BD been staying over but think I've managed to give him the boot for a while. Decided the other day to get back with the program so rearanged the full house. The kitchen/livingroom which I changed into a kitchen/dining is now kitchen/livingroom again. Had idea at 3pm sold dining table and chairs by 6pm and moved everything by 9pm:D. bedroom which I had for livingroom now is my my bedroon and DS2 and DD wanted to share my old room so they have moved in there and DS1 got big room to himself upstairs so he can argue as much as he likes with himself!:D:D:D

Ben washing the sequal is back so must make a start on that if I can get myself upstairs as I trod on a plug and cut my foot open this morning because I'm a prat. Right off to find a list be back in a mo.
