Boys room nearly finished, just need to hoover. Beds have been stripped and remade, floor has now been found, clothes and shoes all nicely put away, rubbish been put in the bin. Looks lovely now. :j

Back hall has been cleared of rubbish, attic trip done but couldn't find my hangers. Washing basket has 1 maybe 2 more loads and then it's empty.:D

Must go sort school bags out now and the uniforms.

roundtuit how nasty, flipping gits.

I flew:j. yay. I flew.....:T ....and....I enjoyed it:dance:. Might need to lie down in a minute_pale_. Oooops - forgot weebles can't lie down, just goin to spin quietly on the spot instead:)

I've even emptied waste bin in DS' bedroom - thereby foiling him in his attempt to set a record for 'most rubbish squished into 1 bin by 1 person' hehe

yes Vanilla they are 'flipping gits', that's what I thought...well, it started with an F anyway:o

I'm going to have a coffee and then 'attack' the kitchen some more.

    Crafty what a nightmare.
    roundtuit :rotfl:

Last load of washing now on, school uniforms all named and ready, school bags sorted and packed. Only need to sort the shoes. :D

DS2 lost his glasses in the hay shed where there is no light and the frame of the glasses is brown. It took me half an hour to find them but i got them in the end. DS2 was also caught climbing onto the pig house roof, that boy has aged me today.

    Afternoon.

I finally got here; flying today has been a series of 5-Minute Challenges, as I have yet another beastly headache, accompanied by hot flushes like you wouldn't believe! Not to worry, I got it done in the end.:o

    Done
Tidy the cupboard full of all those things you never use.. and get rid of the ones you really don't need
Cupboards all tidy; nothing to get rid of, it's all used, even if some of it only occasionally!

If anyone's interested, I've put his piccy in my Photobucket:

I can't possibly catch up with fred and everyone's news after sooo looooong away, so I'm off to clean the bathroom (it's so much worse than the kitchen, which I've managed to sort-of keep on top of)

:jI've got my computer back. I'm sure it was jolly character-building not having it for weeks, but I've missed it (and you lot!).

:TBelated congrats to Piggers and OH - I gather Squeak has made her appearance. :T

I don't know where to start - builders are in (at last) and we are all sleeping in one room and living in two others...

I'll start and see how far I get with today's list. Anyone joining me for an HHC at 5pm?:D

Lamewolf - Ted is lovely. I could drown in his eyes.

Very stressful day with minimal flying done. I had to sort out DS1's disappointing GCSE results. He's not able to take the course he wanted to at his sixth form so I've enrolled him in the college. He's delighted as the course tutor is one of those adults who is tuned into adolescent beanpoles. The only sting in the tale is the cost of the minibus to get him there £975:eek::eek:. This has to be paid in a lump sum now so if you hear of any bank robbing in the Essex area it's me!

DD1 went to work for the first time today. She was back to being a madam yesterday and calmly informed us that she wasn't coming home tonight but going to the boyfriend's house as his mum had invited her for dinner on her first day of work. I very quickly fb'd the boyfriend explaining to him that his mum would understand that as her Mum and Dad we would quite like to have here home for dinner on her first day:think:.

I am now going to cook the ungrateful little so and so her favourite dinner. I really need to have a nap as I'm still suffering with the cold from h***.
