Just phone head office and explain your situation and you should have your ds and game by tomorrow night.

Tell them you felt intimidated by the staff member and customers were looking at you like you were a thief.Lay it on thick just to make sure.

Relying on leaflets alone to get a misprice is still something of a grey area. Personally I think they'd have reasonable grounds to refuse an R+R as the lower price is not actually printed on the shelf or product, and the leaflet does state an expiry date.

BUT, if it was me, I would give it a go, as they might give an R+R through sheer embarrassment at the fact the leaflets were actually on the CS desk! Not very likely though.

Thanks again for pointing me in the right way! I had already giving up all teh hope after I didn't make it last night and couldn't believe my eyes when I got there this morning (you woildn't believe ho wlong it took me to get the whole family out of the house!!!).

I will call tomorrow and keep everyone updated.

Do I ask for Kevin Kelly immediately or do I play dumb and let them lead the way?

Let them lead the way to start with. I've had a few good people answer the phone who've immediately said I was entitled to a full R+R, and have taken command of the situation by ringing the store and telling them what to do. But if you don't get any joy from the first person you speak to, then I'd ask for Kevin Kelly or Joanne Leith.

I dont think you'll get any information with a question like that....Why shouldnt you spend a morning driving around in the hope of getting something.

Ive just done it and picked up 2 RAZR V3's and my mate has just done it and got his first ever RnR on 2 RAZR V3i's........

I'm afraid I dont think the experienced RnRers on here will help you if you arent prepared to put the footwork in.....

Personally I don't mind pointing people in the right direction if I know of an opportunity out there, I am all for helping each other out, isn't that what this forum exists for?

I know who went to B-b-B. She's going to have to fight for it, as the manager apparently was really nasty to her. She ended up taking a full refund on the package (leaving said package there) and will be taking it up with CS tomorrow.
