Tesco misprice discussion area part 10

are they likely to give a refund there and then for the xbox360?

has anyone had theres sorted out in the store, or did you have to chase them up on it!

Last night, picked up a Dr Who annual and Noddy Annual combination, no discount so full R&R. Went back to do the same today ( for a friend ) still no discount so off to CS. Boy, did I get an earfull, lol !!! Was told that HO had issued a statement that only one misprice per item per customer ( !!!!!! ! ) as it take 24 hours for the system to correct an error and because I'd been refunded last night I couldn't have a refund this time !! Lol, I really couldn't be arsed to argue the toss today

New R&R: Stunt Kite ( arrow shaped one ) SEL £4.?? Charged £6.??

One last thing....

In one local store, posters are still up for XBOX deal with Just Cause and Nintendo DS with Lego, both started on 22nd September. Is there a chance of R&R's on these ? I get so confused, though I guess it's simple really

I totally agree....but when an obvious newbie with a first post basically says...I cant be bothered to help myself....will you all help me, by telling me excatly where to get some expensive free stuff, then I tend think twice.

We had lots of requests like this earlier on, and questions like"what is a sel"....I think a lot of us thought that the simple answer was to "read all about it in earlier posts, and go out and try it for your self".

If the guy had said...."any idea where I might get a joint of beef for my Sunday lunch", then my answer would have been a bit tolerant.

Having said this.....I dont want to get into an argument over it.....More important things to discuss.....

Is it me or was every store today full of R&Rer's?? Going for Xbox no.3 and noticed at least one other R&Rer in each of the 6 stores I visited.

No luck in the end though - Either beaten to it, no GOTW posters or no game/console. May try my luck early tomorrow morning...

Anybody know the big asian guy in South Wigston trying to pay for his PSP with saliva (getting very irate). If so could they tell him that he's going about it in COMPLETELY the wrong way (he was being advised by someone over the phone - obviously something along the lines of "Stand your ground and fight it out"). Hopefully he gave up by 4pm ....:rolleyes:

R&R on one no problem for me this afternoon in store.

The game of the week poster was up with Just Cause and Just Cause had a white sel, took it up and no discount. The really really helpful staff made it easy for me by going and getting POS sels that weren't even on display(!) to prove I was right without me even asking! Brilliant Stuff.:money:

Can anyone tell me what the CS staff are like in the Extra store at Fforestfach, Swansea? I might have a drive over next week but I'm still a bit new at this so if they are known to be difficult I might not bother. It's a 1 hour drive to get there and with a 1 year old in tow, no easy ride.
