Just realised some discounts haven't come off my reciept now I'm home. Am I still entitiled to RoRs?

After catching up with all the posts on here, I can't believe I was so topped with my champagne haul that I ignored the £20/£10 off phone posters and GOTW Nintendo.

Am back there tomorrow as i remember the phone poster as I walked in and I'm sure the poster will be up for the console. Will shop with partner and get them to do one and me the other.

My second R&R, got an Xbox 360 core system and Just Cause, went to CS she called a manager over he looked at the SEL and then the receipt and just said "yes thats wrong give him a full refund." I nearly fell over after the hassle yesterday....

So thats:
1 - Xbox 360 Prem with the GOTW "Just Cause" £320
1 - Xbox 360 Core with the GOTW "Just Cause" £240

I did notice that the SEL ends tomorrow, so i will be down to the local to see what we have for next week , unless anyone knows already?

Which SEL ends tomorrow? They run the GOTW offers week to week (Fri-Fri) don't they?

Personally, I would advise anyone with a console problem to phone in and keep phoning in. Things get sorted much quicker then.

I had a no quibble refund from the store on a Premium and Just Cause. I even got an apology! Took hardly any time at all.
