Does that mean you will be changing your sign-in from scared-jellyfish to don't-f*ck-with-me-jellyfish?

  • Question fo Constantine.

I bought some pre packed smoked mackrel the other day labeled £7.92. The small SEL was £7.94, and a larger SEL was £4.89.

I went to claim an R&R, and eventually got it, but was told that they 'don't usually R&R on price per kilo pre packed items but they would this time'.

I have not come across this policy elsewhere, but does one actually exist..... i would be worrying to the rest of us if it did.

No, miss priced KG items are fair game for r & r. The back bone, I would think. Was the talker for the same item? Seems a very big price difference per KG...
Who or what was I before you came in to my life
    I am not sure

    Possibly.

    Possibly.

    Possibly.

    Unlikely, but possibly.

Stick a human in anything and there is bound to be a balls up.

This is where the problem lies then clearly, !!!!!! it would be so simple to resolve surely? this really shouldn't have happened so many times across the country, the process has a serious flaw and needs to be reviewed and enforced, take away the voluntary element, That should read
    Never
    Never
    Never
    Never
Stick a human in anything and there is bound to be a balls up
Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.

Together we can make a difference.

All SEl's were for the same product....even the CS and the CS's boss were a bit confused having three prices to chose from.

    Thankyou.

You are in a great position here. The manager offered you R&R but only for the game. Therefore he has accepted the mistake.
He has then made a mistake by basically saying you were overcharged on the game. This is obviously not the case and will be spotted by anyone with a braincell who can read the offer stating £20 off. Not the game but the package.
He has shot himself in the foot but is just trying it on. He thinks you won't contact HO.
    HO will agree with you.

    Hello All

I wonder if any of you can help me here....

Similar thing happend to me today with Xbox and game. The manager only offered refund on the game. My problem is that I am not good in English and it is not my first language. So I don;t know how to write to the head office.

Just a quick question - is a PSP console giga pack considered to be a PSP console?
