Was simply trying to answer the ops question - A question that made no mention of company policy, btw. If it had, my answer would have been very different and would not have included so many maybes
As the original poster i apologise if i was a little vague....
Maybe too used to being vague when i speak to cs0 -

maybe you're right, maybe they were just having a bad week0 -
The one question I cannot answer at the moment perhaps consantine may have a view on it, is, after having obviously seen the notice and taken down pos, why on earth have some managers then later replaced them? is this due to shift change? new shift comes along, "Some !!!!!! has been playing with all these posters again" and flips them all back round and replaces missing ones?Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0

I refused and asked for a photocopy of the SEL. He refused.
So now I have no evidence of the chart or label, how do I stand when I ring HO? - cross-legged isn't a good answer to the question by the way!!!!!!
Thanks again
He has then made a mistake by basically saying you were overcharged on the game. This is obviously not the case and will be spotted by anyone with a braincell who can read the offer stating £20 off. Not the game but the package.
He has shot himself in the foot but is just trying it on. He thinks you won't contact HO.
HO will agree with you.

I would say that this is the case. I got another R&R on an xbox and when I spoke to the manager she said she'd taken the posters down herself 2 days previously and said someone else must've put them back up.
Had a truly shockind day today, no R&Rs anywhere. My local had the posters up last night for a PSP but I left it and thought I'd go back today only to find it had been removed. Also gutted that I spotted in a store on friday that the SEL for The Godfather was yellow, and Just Cause was white but I decided not to try it
Oh well nevermind, you win some you lose some!0 -

EDIT: 2 posts move mine on to page 30 wow things move fast, what time do the stores open on Sunday I think I will get up early.0 -

I've also had to do lots and lots of reading tonight!
My locals open at 10am on a sunday. 24 hour stores in Scotland never close (apart from christmas day and other big holidays) because their laws are different, lucky gits0
