The impression I've got is that Dundee wouldn't mind or care if you'd had other dealings with them in the past over R+Rs. Although some at Dundee are more helpful than others, they certainly don't have the thuggish intimidating attitude of "the customer is always wrong" like many branch staff have.

Don't forget, this isn't about YOU - as YOU have done nothing wrong - this is about the STORE doing something wrong by overcharging you.

Has anyone else come across the smaller 3in x 2in label and if so do you have a photo of it please.

Not if that is the mind talk of the manager dealing with you, it becomes very relevent to how you are dealt with.

Like I say - I do not know as it aint me. Just trying to give you an alternative viewpoint. Take it or leave it.

The ad is available online, but you have to pay to see it It's probably best not to try to offer explanations for what or why other managers do what they do. At the end of the day, you, like everyone else on this thread, are not able to read minds. If the managers think that way, they should not be managers (IMHO).

As i posed the question i was not trying to get constantine to justify what other managers had done, merely seeking whether it was a company policy that they were executing :rolleyes:

Executing - now there's a thought when i think of a couple of Tesco managers :cool:
