Not meaning to be aggressive. I take your word for it.
I saw it as more like they were refunding from their own wallet0 -
Thanks for the replys so far guys.
I felt that if I had accepted the refund for the game and took the products then I was accepting what had been offered - hence the refund for all products. I did say to the manager that I would take it up with CS.0 -
newbs23 wrote:Hi Guys,
I am looking for some advice. I purchased a PSP console and the so called game of the week from a store this evening. the notice stated "game of the week - Tekken.....Save £10 when purchased with a PSP console".
I purchased both of these and the £10 did not come off. I therefore went to CS to r+r. The manager refused and just offered me the game as an R+R. Is this correct? the way that I see it is that it is a multisaver item. I.e - If I purchased two packs of sausages and it was two packs for a fiver and I was overcharged then I would get a full R+R. Am I in the wrong?
I got a full refund on both the console and the game in the end as the manager would not back down but I do still have the receipt. Can anyone give me some advice who may have had a similar issue before.
Thanks in advance.....
I would have thought that once a refund is accepted then the matter is closed . ??0 -

I would mention to HO CS that you felt intimidated and under pressure to accept the refund0 -
