I tried with the white value psp bundle and the manager said no it was the wrong one anyway I then got the £219.99 bundle and then didn't work either so I got the r&r

Bought a phone last night when I saw the £20 off phone if you buy airtime poster. Discount did not come off and store cs offered me £20.00 airtime refund. I refused and phoned cs in Dundee and they phoned store and came back to me (did this twice) and still will not give me phone for free - now writing to Trading Standards - is this correct procedure? My husband says I don't stand a chance because offer finished on the 17th.

my bf was too scare.... so didn't want to agure with the manger. I still got the refunded recepit, shall i try to ring th HO on monday and try?

I feel so jealous..I went to 2 extras in the Edinburgh area, all far away from me and no luck with the players or the gmaes or any other mis prices...wasted trip. Is it just me or the Edinburgh stores have their act together??
