I'm having a nightmare trying to redeem my vouchers for Goldsmiths tokens! Have gone through the checkout process about 5 times now, and on each occasion is fails- tells me there is an error.

Up until my 5th attempt to exchange, the voucher codes were still showing so I didn't have to re-enter them all, but now they have vanished and when I re-enter the codes the red bar at the top tells me I've already used them!

I've taken screen shots and e-mailed them, as I'm conscious that they'll turn around and say I can only have x3 when I phone them on Monday!

ALL my vouchers have been 'used'... this is my stash of wedding jewellery vouchers that have 'gone'. :(

This has just happened to me with £89. worth of vouchers:eek:
Customer service not open tomorrow so will just have to wait and ring them on monday and hope they can see that the vouchers have not been exchanged even though the computer system is saying they have. Has anyone had any luck with Tesco today over this?

And yes, I know I shouldn't have left it til the last minute but thats not a particularly helpful comment to make. We can't all be perfect and as my mum always said, if you haven't got anything nice to say then dont say anything at all :)

:o I've been diligently spending time using up my vouchers this w/e before their value drops. I was pretty confident I didn't have any lost but thought I'd better check anyway and I've discovered another £20. Obviously I'm not complaining but its getting difficult to know what to spend them on :D
    Stop looking for answers....
The most you can hope for are clues.....:)

The site's working again now, although vouchers invalidated by the fault yesterday have remained invalid today.

Sorry if I sound unsympathetic, but why leave it to the last moment? Sounds like the vouchers have got 'stuck' during the processing of an order. You'll need to speak to Clubcard to get them reset.

I was doing it for my mother who didn't realise that the deals were changing. Amazing how it's always the customers fault for leaving it till the last minute and not Tescos fault - its their system causing the issue well over 24 hours before anything ends.

What on earth is the point of saying that?

It would seem to me that Tesco need to find a better way of offering the double up and a system that can cope with the demand.

    yep, same here :(

so thats handy for them, make people'e vouchers invalid so they can't be used the final weekend, and no way to rectify (possibly) until they are devalued on Monday. funny that isn't it?

(the basket handily stores your wanted rewards just to annoy further!)
  • Just choose something you might possibly like today. Providing you return the deals voucher to tesco before the date the offer you have chosen expires, you should get a refund of 4 times the points. You can then chose something else.

    Hi all,

I really meant to sort my vouchers out during the week but forgot :(

I found £70.50 on my account online so I can switch them before tomorrow (or inc tomorrow?) for £280 (i think?) of rewards

My problem is I really don't know what to swap them for!!! I've never done it before

Reading the details for some of the rewards it seems some are interchangeable? I think both the hotel and restaurant vouchers can be used for any hotels and any restaurants included in the offers

I'd like to swap them for the 4x amount but still have the widest use possible?

Any hints and tips would be so so so appreciated

    Thank you in advance!
  • Thanks for the heads up. I logged into my account and found I had some vouchers that I had misplaced from last year - every little helps! :j

I have posted this already on Food Shopping and Groceries board but just realised more people may see it on here.

Tesco.com have launched a new Clubcard mini-site, which gives a lot more detail about your CC account, points accrued, vouchers used etc etc. I posted this on the other board, as I found when I logged into it and looked in "Your Vouchers" section, that I had a £21 CC voucher dating back to last year that I hadn't used!! It seems that several other people have found the same thing - forgotten about or lost old vouchers - these can be either reissued in paper form by ringing Tesco CS, or else on the mini-site it actually gives you the online code for the unused voucher so you can use it for online purchases or rewards! :)

As I say, I found £21 that I didn't know I had, so immediately used it to buy £80 of reward tokens (days out / restaurants)!!

Worth logging in and checking your account, cos you never know!!!
