Had the confirmation email with the following:
"Any orders you have requested to be sent via post will be delivered to the address below. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of tokens in November & December as we are expecting high order volumes."

From what she said everyone's vouchers 'should' unlock after 24 hours BUT if you want the 4x value you'll need to redo your order over the phone leaving at least 24 hours before calling from them being 'locked' I need to phone back tomorrow.2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,0 -
I tried again 3 hours after i called (was told takes 2 hours to unlock JUST MINE)
and it worked, i managed to put in codes and do an order. Site crashed for me now but I got one mag ordered
2nd order it froze and thus those vouchers blocked again
3rd order went through.
they did say on the phone we get an extra day but if everyone has to call up, thats just creating hassle for them - and then we also run the risk of it crashing AGAIN don't we?0 -
Site slow, error codes, cant get anywhere with it. Not at all helpful that Customer services arent in today. :mad:Ellie

Think site has completely gone down now. But also wondering if they have turned it off early.
I had bookmarked the Airmiles page (tesco>clubcard>deals>product.aspx?R=236) which now shows vouchers at the NEW price (50 instead of 60). Clicking on the main deals page or "add to basket" button's return a system error.
They should still be honoring the deal as it is before 23:59, shouldn't they?0 -
Thank you for this post. I have just found £30 of vouchers I didn't realise I had lost!0

Got a few orders in, slowly but surely. No unused vouches for me unfortunately.0

Yea me too, site is a it slow, but what did we expect today?!
Found no unused vouchers sadly (being super-organised sucks big time!!), but a great link none the less :j
Oddly I do have approx 30 quid of vouchers they say are used. I will have to fone them 2moro, but will miss out on the 4x, unless they are nice (or I am wrong and have used somewhere..)
Have converted all outstanding 100 quid or so for the sake of it this evening, and just noticed the following entry a minute ago...
Selected Electricals
*
New!
* Token type: £10 Selected Electricals eCoupon Code
* Category: The Big Clubcard Exchange / Selected Electricals
* Location: United Kingdom
You must have exchanged your Clubcard vouchers by 5 December 2010.
Due to some customers experiencing delays in receiving their eCoupons, we will honour any online redemptions until 8 December.
Every £5 in Clubcard vouchers can be exchanged for a £10 eCoupon code to spend on Selected Electricals.
Hope that helps, g'nite!0 -
I have found some clubcard vouchers, but what exactly can I do with them? I don't want any of hte 'rewards' tesco offer, and I don't want to buy anything yet, so what is there to do with them lol?! I see I can 'double up' and spend htem instore - I think that's the best option, but how?!
Also, I know you guys aren't tesco support but someone I assum knows - I have a fair amount of clubcard points - however my total is stupidly low, for example 4 clubcard points were carried over last month, rather than 1000 or something. Is this because they issue your points as vouchers? Could've told me! Tesco are !!!!!!!s, if it wasn't for MSE I'd have just assumed my clubard points were just building up and up! grrr!!!!! :mad:0 -

Wait until the next double up, choose something to purchase then either double up instore at the cs desk or online on the Tesco site.- I have a fair amount of clubcard points - however my total is stupidly low, for example 4 clubcard points were carried over last month, rather than 1000 or something.
The 1000 missing from carry over should have been sent (or will be soon) as £10 in clubcard vouchers.0
