That is the point I was making, namely that it was written on their web site the other way round. We both read it and I wondered if anyone else had seen it. We are looking for confirmation so that we can get back to Tesco
If it was on there the wrong way round I don't think there is anything you can do about it. Firstly you would need proof(not the word of someone else) and even then they would probably just say it was an error on their part and they do not have to honor it.0 -
Strange but I've just had some vouchers delivered for points collected from 24/10/10 to 27/11/10.
I've already had my November vouchers.
Has anyone else had any??0 -

Yes this is a special collection period so that you have them to spend for Christmas.0 -
If you were unable to exchange your vouchers on the clubcard website over the weekend there is a message on there to say phone them and they will help you to resolve this problem.
Just go to the home page of the clubcard website to find out more.

Has anyone had any luck with the types of vouchers that come through the post with 'for use in-store only' on? Lots of these don't get used as they're generally one per week for 4 consecutive weeks and state 'spend £60 and get £6 off' and I tend to do a big monthly shop online. Have been and looked on the advised area and just my current online or instore voucher amount is sat there and not these 'in-store only' vouchers. Its a shame really as it might've been quite a nice chunk of cash!0
