I've never been able to get on. Something about being on the old system but not transferred to the new system of something. Now they're given up responding to emails. Basically they couldn't care less.

my eldest daughter having trouble logging in. they say her details arent the same as they have there. rubbish. she will have to phone.

however, there was £8 for me, £7 for my youngest daughter and £47 for my daughter in law. thanks tesco. is there a time line on claiming these back???

I have seen the email over the vouchers but always forgot to get online and look. but i did tonight and i am owed £186.50! Thats what shows online, the girl on the phone says she can see some older ones too. so cant wait until the post in May!

You won't need to - the next vouchers are out in Feb!!

Thanks OP, I have just found out i have £47 from 2 years ago. I'll be claiming them and i may have more if they look further back fingers crossed.

Thanks for the heads up on this, i was 100% sure that I have used ALL of my clubcard vouchers so I only did a check to see what it was all about, blimey, what a small surprise, I still had £17.50 in vouchers from may and november 2009, could not be bothered to call them to get paper vouchers sent to me so went online to direct and got some new car weel trims that in the end cost me 50 pence, the car DID need them so I am a very happy man, like I said, I was so sure I had none left as I realy thought i spent all I received!

I just found £18.50 of unclaimed vouchers and on top of that I managed to get an additional £17 of vouchers reinstated that expired last year!
