  • When I log into my account at Tesco.com it says that I have £22 in vouchers - but when I log into the clubcard site - it says I have none and shows no vouchers.

    The tesco.com site says that my vouchers will be sent to me with my next statement in February. How do I access them before then to make use of the current offer?
  • Just spoken to someone on the phone number posted - turns out I have £3 of vouchers (also from February 2010, sounds like a lot of people have missing ones from then) I didn't know about. :)

    1) Unclear what screen you are on to get different info? First tesco.com, then clubcard, then myclubcard account - enter email address and password. It should show your current points, and then go to vouchers to their history unused or used - if so where.

    2) Current points will be converted into vouchers when the current period ends - late January and the vouchers then sent out. No you can't access them - you can only spend the vouchers not the points.

    I'm having a nightmare trying to redeem my vouchers for Goldsmiths tokens! Have gone through the checkout process about 5 times now, and on each occasion is fails- tells me there is an error.

    Up until my 5th attempt to exchange, the voucher codes were still showing so I didn't have to re-enter them all, but now they have vanished and when I re-enter the codes the red bar at the top tells me I've already used them! :mad:

    I've taken screen shots and e-mailed them, as I'm conscious that they'll turn around and say I can only have x3 when I phone them on Monday!

    ALL my vouchers have been 'used'... this is my stash of wedding jewellery vouchers that have 'gone'. :(
  • TC1978 - I have been trying to exchange mine all night and I jsut keep getting an error, not good enough Mr T!

    I really meant to sort my vouchers out during the week but forgot :(

    I found £70.50 on my account online so I can switch them before tomorrow (or inc tomorrow?) for £280 (i think?) of rewards

    My problem is I really don't know what to swap them for!!! I've never done it before

    Reading the details for some of the rewards it seems some are interchangeable? I think both the hotel and restaurant vouchers can be used for any hotels and any restaurants included in the offers

    I'd like to swap them for the 4x amount but still have the widest use possible?

    Any hints and tips would be so so so appreciated

  • I tried to exchange tonight too - order didn't go through after hours of trying, and has now decided the vouchers have all been used and wont let me add them again :mad:

    yep, exactly the same here, very annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Sorry if I sound unsympathetic, but why leave it to the last moment? Sounds like the vouchers have got 'stuck' during the processing of an order. You'll need to speak to Clubcard to get them reset.

    Once I decided what I wanted, it took roughly 40mins to get all my voucher codes submitted. Kept giving me the 'problem' message but I kept trying. Saves me doing it tomorrow.
