Thanks OP, I 'found' £2 of vouchers that I had lost. Not loads, but I would rather have them than Tesco's. Brilliant find. :-)Go your own way..

Most will have been simply spent in the store, I strongly suspect that Tesco's system is bad at cancelling them. It's a bit like playing "Monopoly" and picking up the "bank error in your favour" card !
I think you're spot on there. I am still totally convinced that I spent my vouchers - the "unspent" one that I found was one of a set of three that I was sent last November, and according to the website I spent two of them instore in December. I swear I can remember putting all three of the vouchers towards my big Christmas food shop, so one of two things must have happened: either as you say their system just isn't cancelling the spent vouchers, or I've handed it in but the SA hasn't scanned it. It does seem strange that so many people say they always keep a check on their vouchers yet so many of us MSE-ers have discovered unspent ones. However I'm not complaining as I got £80 worth of reward tokens out of it!0 -
Thanks for the great advice. I found £14 worth of vouchers I had no idea I had and have already converted them plus another small voucher for £60 worth of Prezzo vouchers. Yum!0

Well, I got my £120 wine order in, but the selection had dwindled to 17 items by this evening. Most of what I would have bought yesterday (before my token codes arrived) was gone.
No reply from Tesco to my email querying this sorry state of affairs, they go to extraordinary lengths to win customer goodwill and then throw it away carelessly (not for the first time).
Interestingly the 17 items the website is offering to choose from today included 2 bottles of Port, yet the printed details of "the big clubcard voucher exchange" specifically excludes fortified wines, so it seems they don't understand their own rules anyway.
The only good news is that the website let me pool my wife's token codes with mine in a single order, would not have met their stipulation that there has to be at least 12 bottles in an order otherwise.
I'm really grateful for the "lost" vouchers, but if the voucher exchange was an exercise in persuading me to buy cases of wine online, then it failed miserably, the whole process has been such a wind-up that I remain convinced that picking up bottles from the shelf in Tesco (or Bargain Booze, always cheaper for spirits in my experience) is far preferable.0 -

Sorry, but I don't see the point in this!? You said before you had three virtual cards - presumably via different email addresses. Using a physical card instead of one of the virtual cards, means you start from scratch, with the replaced virtual card being left in limbo with its points!
You could contact GHS or Direct, and they could give you the CC no's in full.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Great spot!!! We are really careful with our vouchers and so I thought wouldn't have any unused/lost etc but decided "oh well may as well just check anyway"......... £30 unused from feb 2009!!!!!!! They arrived just before we moved and am sure we had used them but must have them in a box somewhere or were thrown away. We have just x4'd £110 worth for £440 in restaurant/cinema/days out etc and so this is a lovely extra bonus!!!
I now have the fantastic decion of what can I spend £120 on now...!! WAHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! :-)0 -
Thank you Martin .. my mum has just been credited with £142.50 in vouchers! She is very happy!!!0

I used to wonder why I had no points each month and found out I had £28 that I didnt know I had from 2009, been through all the rewards but theres nothing I really want apart from cinema tickets. So gonna take advantage of the Drambuie 2 for £25, so in effect, 2 free bottles of Drambuie that I wouldnt have had.
Thanks guys.0 -
I thought i was super good at keeping vouchers but just found £62, mostly from 2009. I must have lost them. Great stuff !!. All good when times are hard and the kids need a day out !!0
