Just tried to log on but it says my details dont match for some reason, cant understand why I only used the regular tesco site yesterday without a problem. I lost £108 worth of vouchers earlier in the year as they were over 3 years old, I was fuming!!!!! (mainly at myself for not realising they were way out of date) I even emailed and someone rang me back to say there wasnt anything that could be done as they were too far out of date, so people BEWARE use your vouchers up!!!!!

    1) 'Details do not match' refer to the info you are putting in not 'match' the info on the Clubcard system. That is Clubcard not, GHS or Direct; your address, name (not just an initial) needs to 'match' before your allowed access. Ring Clubcard 'myaccount' to check.

    2) Yes, if you are saving vouchers, always keep them in a safe place, and most important - the oldest one on top.

Does anybody know if when you use Tesco rewards vouchers to book a Eurotunnel crossing they ask for the name / post code on the vouchers?

My Mum has some vouchers and so do I and I would like to combine them both to book a crossing.

    Any advice would be appreciated.
  • At the risk of appearing a complete clown...

...I have the Big Clubcard Voucher Exchange leaflet, and my friend has some vouchers, but we can't work out how to use them at x4. All the leaflet mentions is £5 turns into £10, or £10 turns into £20. That only looks like x2 to me, so there must be some step I'm missing.

    Thanks for any advice.

To use them at x4 you have to exchange them for rewards and not the Big Clubcard Voucher Exchange.

  • I am having trouble seeing old Tesco vouchers. I can see those from last year. How do you get to see and get re-issued any that are say four years old, please?
BTW, if you are thinking of the Big Clubcard Voucher Exchange for doubling up on booze for Christmas, be warned, it isn't like the last time that wine was featured. It is only now on Tesco Finest Wine & Champagne and as that means looking at the shelf edge display to spot them, it can be a pain. Better to do online methinks.
Any help on finding past old vouchers would be gratefully received. Thanks.

Short answer is - you can't! Vouchers are valid for two years, and say so when the vouchers are issued i.e. the current ones will say valid until 30/11/12. Now there is a little leaway - e.g. you should still be able to 'rollover' the ones issued in Aug '08 i.e. valid until 30/08/10, but anything before that - no.

  • Wow! I have just discovered that I have £239 of vouchers! I can't believe it. Going to treat the kids to a laptop for Christmas with the double up exchange offer. Thank you so very much for pointing me in the right direction :-)
  • Thanks so much!! I found £5.00 I was unaware of and my Mum, who was adament she had spent all hers also found £5.00.

    Thanks
  • Ooh I've just found out I have £43 to spend! My clubcard seems to still be registered at my old address (or was until this evening). I can't work it out because I have certainly received some vouchers in my name at this address. I can only assume my ex is still using the clubcard he's always had and maybe I'm getting his vouchers too? Had a lovely lunch at Pizza Express the other day with the voucher exchange anyway.
