having the same problems:mad:
If the system is saying something like - 'your details don't match'!?
Call Clubcard opt for the 'myaccount' option. The problem could relate to anything from a wrong spelling of your name -or even a missing hyphen or apostrophe, only an initial for your first name - or for the main card holder in a jt a/c, or to a difference in the address.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

Hi,
I am sorry if this is in the wrong place but I couldnt find a thread for this. I bought something from tesco which had a shelf price of 1.00 but was charged 1.96, I bought 2. I have rang customer services and they said to take it back and I will get the double the difference but just so as I know when I go there, how much should I expect to recieve back? Maths isnt my strong point
Thanks:jHas saved so much money since joining this forum, thanks to all you kind people out there :j0 -

I believe its double the difference in the price advertised and the price you paid, so that would be 96p x2 = 1.92.
So you will in effect have only paid pennies for it :j
just noticed you said you bought two (!)
so that would be £1.92 x2 = £3.84Everyone who thanks me when ive helped will get a 5% share when I win this weeks Euromillions......:p0 -
