I logged on this morning and found £147 worth of vouchers that I didn't know were there. Thanks for that. With the double up scheme on at the moment it looks like Christmas is sorted for me xx:j:beer:

Thannk you so much for this alert. I was able to get back £5.50 worth of vouchers I thought I'd lost. I also converted them all into BA miles at what I think is a good rate.

Only found £2.50 of unspent, and I knew I had those! Nevermind, the double deals are fantastic and I got £100 worth of Christmas presents on Sunday FREE, as had 3 for 2 offers and then paid with vouchers, I LOVE ClubCard! Its a brilliant site, and I was able to see that my associated ClubCard (my husbands) has not been used for more than 6 months, so going to be having words later!!! ;-)

Just rang Tesco and got my unspent vouchers from 2009!!! £46.50 on its way!!!

has anybody tried to get the owed vouchers re-issued yet by ringing up tescos?

i just have and have been told they cannot reissue them. i was asked by the person on the phone why did i want them re-issueing (erm because i havent got them!) and why didnt i spend them when they were sent out (not a clue as im on the xmas saver bit and we spent all the vouchers we were sent last year so they obviously werent sent, but it was last year and i honestly dont know) oh well we cannot reissue them as according to my computer you have spent all your vouchers we have sent out to you (dont see how as i have £62 worth of vouchers sitting infront of me now from this years xmas saver voucher!!!)

so after trying to explain to her that ihavent used them as otherwise they wouldnt say on my account online that they have been unused she has said she will need to contact her boss n see what he says!!!

i then asked her so should i expect contact from yourselves or do i ring back up in x amount of days? her reply was...... i cant reissue them as i need to speak to my boss!!
she must have been listening to a different question from the one i had asked!!

has anybody else has problems getting there vouchers?
