Hi, I found some old vouchers that were valid until 30/11/09. Does this mean I've lost them because I spoke to someone in the clubcard section and they say they are too old to be reissued??? Does anyone know?0

Yes - there are dead! With a date like that - they were sent to you November 2007. Vouchers have a life of two years, there is a little leaway e.g. valid until Aug '10 can be converted into points, but anything earlier - too old. Besides, any vouchers that old, have dropped off the system therefore their status unknown i.e. used or already rollover.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Thanks to OP, and for all those who got the "not recognise your details" do check the mailing address very carefully. Even though the drop down had the right address tesco had mispelled one letter of our house name. I cashed everything last Jan in the airmiles double up, but like this site as I have stupidly kept the vouchers I cashed in (god only knows why) and I was confused about which ones I had spent. I am glad to report £110 - which I am cashing in for Hilton vouchers while they are still on 4x - although I know the rates are not cheap offer rates, I am a diamond so get the exec lounge and the brekky. For anyone who is chasing airmiles or holiday inn points, I was quite pleased to see that you can do the e-surveys where 3500 e-survey points gets you 1000 airmiles. I found this ages ago and opted for the 10 emails a week. I have since ignored the emails (time) but did 1 survey today plus tried to do 2 oversubscribed ones and got 450 points - yes I know it is only about 12 airmiles and it takes 75 days to credit them, but it took me about 8 minutes - had I done the surveys when they arrived (all in the last 10 days I would have had 800 points). I also keep forgetting that ebay etc are on the airmiles scheme. Sorry, I have gone off topic. Sal x0

Happy to report I have not lost a penny, I have banked it all in Airmiles.
Some people seem to chuck money away without a second thought, good job Tesco have helped you come to remember what you risk losing.0 -
Thank you so much for this post.:D I knew we had £40.50 of vouchers tucked away safely upstairs, and thought that we might have a few more unspent ones that I ought to chase up with the Clubcard team to re-issue, but have just logged on to find £118 in unspent vouchers...so an extra £77.50...! :j
I've just converted them to Topps Tiles tokens. We are currently renovating an old house which is in need of a new kitchen + bathroom, so £470 of tokens will go a long way to dealing with the tiling issues and free up our limited cash for use elsewhere!!! :T
