Been trying to log in since yesterday but the same message "The details you have entered do not match those on our system." keeps coming up. Rang Tesco Clubclub and they confirmed my details were correct and told me to keep trying because their system has fault.
But seems everyone else ok logging in on this forum.... any suggestions?
When you rang did you go for the 'myclubcard account' option? That is there is a special section, that is dealing with those 'details don't match' queries - they should be able to sort out the mismatch of info e.g. spelling error, two names in first name, just initial or address problems.
    Advise try them again.
I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard

    BRILLIANT! Thank you!

Just found that I had £53.50 - exchange £50 for eToy vouchers which I should get in the next few days that will be going towards the kids Christmas presents.

Very happy with this - you've made my week!
  • Well I have £58.50. I've never used my vouchers :o and don't know how to use them on things like days out etc and to 'double' them any advice or where to find the info would be great.

    Thanks
  • Many thanks I have just got back £64.00 in lost vouchers. Well worth checking out. And Tesco's customer service was A1 dealing with the issue.
  • As my handle (Fastbuck) suggests I never miss a trick. I collect around £100 - £150 Tesco Rewards every quarter.

I was 100% sure that I had used all of my outstanding Reward Tokens to exchange for Airmiles before they reduced the rate in September 2010.

I thought I'd check anyway as I had nothing to lose.

Well £129.50!!!! = £500 plus in deals or £250 worth of wine and Xmas pressies. What can I say!!!

Brilliant. This has made my day
  • I have just found £127!!! I knew we were not getting our vouchers the post and had called Tesco to ask why. Got £38 in the post today but after seeing this website thought I would just check. Now realising I can double my money for Christmas presents. brilliant!:j

Excellent Customer service! just got my £7.50 sent back out to me. They even check back further into your account than what is on the website - fair one!

He told me there will be another voucher mailer early december! So watch the letter boxes :)
