Then you'll need to get all the cards merged together in one account, and then all the voucher details will be listed.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

I bit unclear what vouchers are unused.
It seems the person at Clubcard who you spoke to can't see any unused vouchers relating to the clubcard you've quoted.
Did you give her the date of the voucher you're missing? That is apart from the ones you've just had!
Now it maybe that she missed a part redemption e.g. £60.00 issued (3 x 20.00) but only £40.00 used = £20.00 voucher still active unused.

Hi, I'm a first time poster on here, After seeing Martin on "DayBreak" this morning i thought i would check my clubcard account. I found £11.50 of vouchers i had not spent, so after contacting Tesco's c/s they said they "DO NOT REPRINT THE VOUCHERS" as martin said but re add the points to your account.

I don't know whether Martin is aware that he's giving people the impression that old unused vouchers will be resent out, as that is what so people are assuming. Yet he does make the point - if you use them in-store - i.e. you need to physically have the vouchers. Whereas, you can now use them on line - the voucher codes are there.
So Tesco can re-issue them - in the next mailing.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

i gave her the dates of each voucher that it stated was unused and also the codes for each voucher and the amount of each voucher. surely if i can get it on my account on my computer surely they can see it there end!! but she was making out as though i was lieing and there are no unused vouchers even the ones i have only just recieved a week ago which i havnt spent0 -

That's what I'm puzzled about!
Only, things I can think of, you've quoted a card no not linked to 'my account' - seems unlikely, as I suggested before she didn't look closely enough against part used amounts, or she hadn't cleared the screen from the previous call.
I would suggest trying again - but don't forget you only need to if you need the vouchers in-store, otherwise you have the voucher codes - you can use them on-line.
