Thank you, so I dont get double the difference plus the money I paid back?
Now that really would be good! But no, you get double the difference between what you have paid minus what you should have paid so the person above is correct. A few Tesco staff won't actually offer it though so make sure that you point out their error if they do not. This policy is written on a board right behind where they stand but this sometimes means nothing to Tesco staff!Grocery aim £450pm.Spent £519 August, £584 July, £544 June, £541 May, £549 April, £517 March, £517 Feb,£555 Jan, £573 Dec, £465Nov, £561Oct, £493Sept, £426Aug,£496 Jul, £528Jun, £506May,£498April, £558 March, £500Feb, £500 Jan, £490 Dec, £555 Nov,£566 Oct, £505Sept, £450Aug, £410 July, £437 June, £491 May, £471 April, £440 March, £552Feb, £462Jan0 -

ive just tried and it had taken one of the codes but wont accept two £5 vouchers, it says
Sorry, Christmas Savers Vouchers can not be used with this order. Ref: CC89
i dont understand why it accepted the 1st one which is also a xmas savers voucher!!
The Xmas saver vouchers could be made up of two types, one set of vouchers (CC) are from your clubcard points - which you can use for 'deals' and/or voucher exchange; and the other set of vouchers (XC) are from any 'top-ups' in the store - these can not be used for 'deals' or voucher exchange.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
My husband and I were wondering how we were going to fund the extra bits for Christmas, and, lo and behold, we've potentially another £105 for gifts, using the double voucher scheme. I think I just developed a little holiday spirit! Thanks for another moneysaving tip that has made a difference in our lives!0

Very many thanks for this.
Went to the Clubcard site, found that I had £67 of unused vouchers dating back to May 2009. Spent £50 (=£200 !!!) of them on a ferry to Ireland for next year's hols. Great! Thanks Again.

Grrr. I just logged in to my clubcard account and saw that someone else has used over £20-worth of mine in a 'postal transaction'. Have moved twice in the last 5 years and presume they slipped through the mail redirection net at some point. Not impressed!0

I've just checked my account and all of the cards I have are now linked to one email address log in. My main email address no longer has a recognised clubcard number and it is asking me for it again - despite me using it all the time.
If you are having the same proble, try another email address that you use to order with as it looks like they now have all of the clubcard numbers (even the virtual ones) linked to the same, possibly most recently used for an online order, email address.0 -
Just tried to log on but it says my details dont match for some reason, cant understand why I only used the regular tesco site yesterday without a problem. I lost £108 worth of vouchers earlier in the year as they were over 3 years old, I was fuming!!!!! (mainly at myself for not realising they were way out of date) I even emailed and someone rang me back to say there wasnt anything that could be done as they were too far out of date, so people BEWARE use your vouchers up!!!!!0

That probably refers to the 'Double-up' voucher scheme from last year. How do you know it was someone else's card?I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0
