    morning.

Charlie I have some excess fat I can spare for you??? My mum struggles with putting on weight and I have suffered thyroid problems where I lost alot and then couldn't stop it going. hugs

smash I love grapefruit juice yet don't have it?! DJ has freaked me out slightly with the human baby bee but my hubby is 6ft7 anyway!

    hehe..thanks's Tinksy!

I've never really found it a problem before as my whole family are the same.

I could kill for a nice salad...i'm sick of eating full fat stuff, bleurgh!

You might find you have better joy with a high protein diet, rather than high fat. Would be healthier, and probably a bit nicer to eat too.

Have you asked your doc for some assistance with this? They should be able to provide some nutritional advice and guidance on how to gain weight.

Evening all, went to the doc's this morning about my dizzy head and apparently I have a virus, which may take up to two months to clear.

I have about 1 1/2 stone to lose till im the same weight as when i fell pregnant with dd.... There was no mention of my BMI though it is quite high. Ideally id like to lose about 4 stone more, im over weight but i know people a lot bigger than me (mainly my sister in laws! lol) who fall pregnant so i dont hold with this "oh its just because you're too fat" rubbish.. anyhoo... just keep swimming! lol :)
Good luck losing weight, I'm trying to lose weight too:beer:
My BMI is 15. something so this probably has alot to do with it and I think i've accepted that realistically i'm not going to get regular cycles/get pregnant it being that low!! I don't have an eating problem I just don't seem to put on weight so now i'm going to concentrate on fattening up :D
Good luck fattening up:D One way is to get a slightly overweight friend, and eat with her:p

Do you think you may have a thyroid problem? Like over active thyroid? Hope you are not taking Vit B complex, as it'll make it worse.

If we all have baby bees, then it's all your fault for encouraging us to take Royal Jelly:naughty:

Thanks. I can ask as I will be going back to see her soon.

She has said I need to get as many calories in as possible so that's what i'm trying to do by having alot of processed food (which she suggested) but i'm aware it's not very healthy and i'm getting a bit sick of eating so much rubbish :(

I just managed to catch up-are you feeling better Euromorris?

I think I have been tested for thyroid problems before and they were fine. I have had so many blood tests done for things and they all come back normal which is reassuring I guess, but doesn't help!

I'm really trying to eat more, but once your full it's hard cramming more in. The amount of times i've made myself feel so ill after eating too much!

Glad everything is OK. I hate over eating too:o

If you think people in poorer countries have babies all the time while being veeery thin, I think it is perfectly possible:cool:
    Keep your PMA up!:j

Well my temp has risen today, gone from 97.20 to 97.73 so alongside my +ve opk I'd say that was a sure sign I ov'd yest?

I can't believe how happy its made me seeing ov signs after all these months of not knowing. We've BDd at the right times too so its all looking promising for us this cycle, fingers crossed! :T
Bought a CBFM this month so I can start using that next cycle, although I'm hoping that I won't need to ;)

Gonna keep BDing for now anyway just in case, but will settle in for the 2ww soon....

Mmm, maybe you can alternate between the two. Have a day which focuses on high protein and then a day which focuses on high fat and so on. Might make it easier for you to follow.

I'm doing a bit better and back at work today, thank you.

Glad to see you back too Charlie, I was getting worried about you!

    xx
