Morning all, hope you're having a nice sunday! :)

I've been out sailing this morning, which was lovely - I'm so lucky to live near the sea. Very tired now though! Hairdresser friend coming over later to do my hair, yay :D

Because I wasn't temping at the time when I think I ov'd, I put an ov line in manually. Also I put in a coverline - if anyone feels like looking at my chart, do you think you could let me know whether or not you think it's in the right place? I don't have much to go on because I've only once ever before had FF put one in for me....! :o

9DPO today and my temp is still well above my "coverline", but it has taken a bit of a nosedive compared to yesterday. However, I did sleep quite badly, so that might have affected it (although I thought if you sleep badly it's more likely to be higher?!) Anyway, still keeping my fingers crossed.

Seeing as QQ hasn't told me off ( :rotfl: ), I thought I'd indulge in a bit more SSing - had some funny twingey slight cramps in my tummy yesterday evening... Also feeling not quite "with it", although to be fair that's quite normal...!

((hugs)) for those who have AF.

And thanks very much to everyone who gallantly stepped in to update the charts this week :)

    BB x

I guess it just goes to show there really is no point symptom spotting, though, eh? :naughty: Especially so early.

    Hi everyone.

Thank you so much for your kinds words (and hugs) yesterday. They were very much needed and very appreciated.

With regards to my ears I ended up going to the out of hours GP (as they were quite painful and I was feeling sick) and I have an infection. So I've not got some antibiotic ear spray so hopefully that will clear up soon.

CD10 and I've still got AF - not very heavy but still bright red blood at times (sorry for TMI). I have to laugh at the irony though - it was only the other week that I was moaning that AF hadn't arrived and now I'm moaning that she's still here. No pleasing some people eh :D.

With regards to my appointment - I'll call and chase them up tomorrow to see what's going on.

And with regards to the wicked step mum comment thank you for not chasing me out with pitchforks and torches lol.

    Hi Mishka
Didn't mean to tread on toes; the initial list had you down as a ?

Depends on your starting point LMG, and your level of activity and such. Essentially I have a very sedentary life, because I basically can't exercises due to health conditions, so on nurse advice we started cooking from scratch and not using premade sauces and meals any more unless we've batch cooked them ourselves. The other big thing was/is calorie counting (I use this site and it has apps for Android etc too) and actually following recommended serving sizes (i.e. 50g uncooked rice, 50-75g uncooked pasta, 1.5 ladles of accompanying sauce (like bolognese)) rather than just chucking what "looks right" in a pan and divvying it up later! I'm aiming for 1200kcal with buffer up to 1500kcal (on my GP's advice). I cut out most salt and preservatives, and drink water or cordial all the time virtually.

I was horrified to realise just how many extra unnecessary calories I was consuming just by having way over the recommended serving sizes of things like carbs - and now we're used to it, and our stomachs have shrunk accordingly, we actually can't fit any more in! We still have fish (lightly battered)& chips but we'll share it between us. We tried a kfc meal the other day and it was too much for us to finish! Trust me, that's NEVER happened before!!

If you want to PM me, feel free :) I can pretty much guarantee I started off bigger than you are now :rotfl:
