Hey All
Moan alert
After spending all afternoon and evening in pain last night, its settled back in again this afternoon so im sat with rotten cramps and pain. Im peed off as this must be ovulation pain, which I thought I had on sunday/monday when I was expecting to ovulate. So ive mucked up all my timings and have probably missed out for this monthwhich isnt the end of the world but i was hoping to have a baby due on/around our 15th anniversary next March.

Thank you QQ you really are the expert in all of this!
This will sound very wrong on this thread but I want AF to show up so that I know my body at least has made a start to getting back to normal. We can then start.......;)
Also I have not had any cramps or signs to say I have OV. The docs dont tell you when you are a teenager that it can seem to take forever to get the pill out of your system.
Is anyone else using this thread as their way of talking about the whole TTC thing. No one knows what our plans.
Sorry for being a bitbut I really didnt think it would take this long to try and get back to normal.

Thanks
I have been exactly the same! I'm such a control freak that when I can't control something I spend my time learning as much as I can about the situation/subject so I can at least understand exactly what is going on and how - I'm a proper nerd!
xx
Lol nerd here too - my hubby always jokes that whenever I say 'I must find out about that' a stack of new books on the subject will appear in our house within a few days. Knowledge is a fantastic tool to have in your arsenal. I have really high blood pressure, have since I was 17, so as I get older the risk associated with being pregnant gets higher, so I'd rather have all the knowledge and hope it happens sooner, than just DTD randomly for a few years and potentially have a more difficult pregnancy. Mum was in hospital with her bp for 5 months when she had me (and I was 6 weeks early ) but I'm not sure they're that eager to take up beds anymore and just tell you to rest at home.littleme82 wrote: »

Absolutely, I haven't told anyone except a couple of online friends. I don't even dare use my main MSE account incase some of the ladies off my thread find out. Although I have told two of them we're trying but only privately. I'm rubbish at keeping secrets though, I think two of my family and friends might suspect. One of my friends was over here the other week and went to the second bathroom (where no one but guests ever go, but he hadn't seen it since we did it out) and my 'conception and fertility' book was on the floor beside the bath, and then when my grandad was over this weekend for dinner he went in my study (again, no one ever goes as the printer and most of the computery stuff etc is in hubbys study) as he was playing with the cat and she ran in there, and my tub of folic acid was merrily stood on the desk - he sat in there for 20 mins playing with the cat so he must have noticed it, but he didn't say anything if he did. Meant to post that anecdote at the weekend but MSE keeps logging me off after I write a message and press post.0 -
I'm back!:j OK, so no one missed me:p but my internet was down for the past 4hrs:( Not exactly sure whether the fault was my end or the exchange:o

Think AF is gonna arrive, tummy feels "funny". Anyway, that's fine and thankfully I've not had most of the symptoms I normally have which turn me into a raging monster :rotfl:0
