Ohhh Emsbet, I'm so sorry about your news :(
There I was hoping that we'd get married within a week of each other and get a BFP within a month of each other too. Sadly not to be this time.

I do hope you and Mr Emsbet are looking after youselves and that you'll be lucky next time!

    Hugs

    Thank you.

If you don't mind me asking was the clot brown or red? It could be old blood or it could be the start of a chemical pregnancy maybe or something else entirely? I think the best way to find out would be to test but if you don't want to pay anymore money for a test you could always get it done for free at the doctors or your local family planning clinic.

ETA: A lot of ladies who have got their BFPs didn't "feel" pregnant :o

    xx

    Thanks for your reply xx
The clot was dark red I think.
I have had a chemical before but didn't know until it came out in the bath (sorry tmi) i suppose im more scared of doing a test in case it's
    negative.

I just hate the waiting game!!! Xx

I know what you mean I'm always shaking when I'm waiting for those three minutes!
Maybe give it a few more days, see how you go and if you get anymore spotting/clots then think about testing. Sorry I can't be of much help.

    Thanks Lisa.

I'm feeling a bit better this afternoon -except for my b00bs still driving me crazy - if anything they feel worse! Does anyone know how long they should take to get back to normal? I thought they would go before the bleeding but typically my body has decided to be different!

QQ - Can you please remove me from the graduate list. My spotting turned into red blood and clots late yesterday. It's pretty much in full flow today :(

I just want it to be over now so we can start to try again.
So sorry to hear this emsbet :( Will the doc want to do a scan to confirm or anything or is it taken as read, sort of thing? I'm not a very huggy soul, but here...have some of this instead...:EasterBun :o
I think it was bigzippy who was talking about a gallbladder op? I had mine removed 2 years ago. I didn't even know I had gallstones until I started with Biliary Colic (sp?) - It was the most terrible pain ever and then I became all lovely and jaundiced :) Have they given you any advice about dietary changes to help the pains?
Yes it was me :) Have they heck! This is the NHS we're talking about:rotfl: I have been avoiding really processed and fatty foods, but I'm just nauseous all the time really so I just end up eating what I'm actually fancying, or just some ginger biscuits to take my meds with :o How long were you on the waiting list for, if you don't mind me asking?

Speaking of my gallbladder, I've managed to get the scan and surgeon appts brought forward a week each, so I should know where I stand by the end of this month - for that at least. :)
I'm thinking of getting an OPK from babyzoom - has anybody else tried these?
Not sure what babyzoom is, or which OPKs you're on about I'm afraid...?

Can't really help you there either, but I think it's related to how long/much of the elevated hormone levels were in your system? Could be making that up though I spose :o

    Praline good to see you.
euro I've been wondering the same about smash and others, but a) forget who I'm wondering about specifically (I remember the look sigs more than names, like colours or giz's(?)) and b) don't want to stir up another "you remembered them but not me" type situation :o.
Can we take it as read that if you've gone missing, that you've been missed and wondered about and we'd like you to reappear...?:)

Had a look at last cycle's chart with a friend last night and wondered whether my body tried to ov around CD30ish but couldn't (cos of illness/antibiotics?) so did so around CD40ish instead...I think I get a spotty outbreak around ov too, which sort of ties in (I've just had breakout and EWCM at the same time, but I'd actually be surprised if I've ov'd this "early" in my cycle, but I can hope!)...but that would still leave something like a 17day LP... Anyone know what's the normal range supposed to be?

    1. It's hard to write in abstract when you have to REALLY consider what people will think/their feelings etc. And I don't like being overly censored. I haven't time to be reading and re-reading my post before I do so.
    I know:o
p.s - I'm CD11 I think. Mr Praline is now taking full responsibility for our master plan... Or at least tracking my dates anyway.
    Hope you'll stick around, I missed you:o
I sometimes think it would be nice if we could have such an open posting style here - where anyone could post without fear of upset !
    I agree:o
In other news, I took QQ's advice yesterday and tested. It was a bfn. Again.
It's not over 'till the witch shows:o
I'm thinking of getting an OPK from babyzoom - has anybody else tried these?
No, but let us know how it was if you buy it:money:

Basically I'm 15dpo and last Friday (9dpo) I had light pink blood on tissue when I wiped and only one time, yesterday I had it again which Is why I thought I was starting my period but this time it had a tiny clot the size of half my little finger nail in it. So far today nothing. I don't think it's implantation bleeding as I know you don't get clots with that but I'm so confused and don't want my periods to become irregular again. I don't know why I had it 9dpo and again at 14dpo? :o
I'm hoping it's a bean, but I know about wasting money by being POAS addict:p Why not get a cheap IC hpts?
You'll probably end up using them after you are pg as well, to see the lines darkening anyway:cool:

You could try a hpt to see if you still have the hcg hormones remaining? Mine didn't disappear until after 2 AFs, but I was further along. (((Hugs))) Mr & Mrs Emsbet:(
