Hi, at the end of January 2020, I returned two Kiehls (L'Oreal Group) products (allergy) in order to be refunded. £75.15. Yet I am still waiting for a refund. All customer service communications, both telephone (40 minutes to get through on 0800 number) and email, robotically say the same thing: the cheque is approved and I must wait 10 - 15 days. Now April 9th and they still have not posted a cheque and are still asking me to wait. Wits end. Advice please? Thanks -0

Hi all - I'm at a stage where I really need help.
I purchased a games console online with Currys on 2 April 2020; however, I immediately realised I did not require it, and attempted to cancel my order before delivery. Unfortunately, the item was delivered that weekend.
Since then, I've attempted so many times to speak with someone about a return and refund, but not been successful - Currys are putting it down to Covid-19 as an excuse for lack of customer service.
I'm now at day 20 of my 21 day return and refund policy - I've tried twice this morning to speak with someone, and their call volumes are so "high" that they cannot take any calls at this time.
I haven't an idea where next to go with this - any advice would be much appreciated...0 -

It arrived damaged and, by contacting the main office telephone number, I arranged for it to be collected and a refund given. I contacted them after the refund was long overdue, to be told I would have to wait until the local branch reopened and then contact them for a refund. Can this be legal?!0

It's interesting that the posters unable to read generally never log back in again. They ask their "important" question then never bother coming back.1

This now 50 page thread of innocent (but not purposely ignorant) queries followed by numerous indignant responses referring to the thread title, is long past due for closure. There is very little of use in this thread to the casual reader.3
