Hi, I order an item from company A based in Wales. I then received 10 times the item from company B based in France. As I’ve never had a contract with company B, are these items classified as unsolicited goods?0

I bout a recliner sofa from DFS the actual sofa is 5cm shorter than there approximate size and the arm. seat and back cushions are wrinkling and creasing every time I sit on them I complained to DFS and they sent someone out to fix it . I have only had the sofa 2 weeks . This is the reply they sent me .I'm not happy that the fabric is creasing due to me being sat on it I have disabilities and thought this sofa would be suitable for my needs0

@michaelarollinson Can I suggest you make your own thread about this - click New Post at the top. One of the first questions you will be asked is - did you discuss your disability and then the suitability of this product for your needs with the shop; so perhaps address that in your new post.

I have a question, we had a new suite delivered back in September last year. By November.the suite has started to discolour. We complained to the company who eventually sent out someone in January to test the material. The outcome is that it is our fault for wearing dark clothing on the furniture. They are denying that we have any rights and if we want anything doing we need to pay for it ourselves.
On ordering the suite we’re we never told that we should not wear dark clothes, I have never heard of this however because it is written in extremely small writing under the cushions we have no rights.
Please could someone advise me of our rights as I am so upset and frustrated-£2500 is a lot of money to spend on a suite for it to discou
lour within 8 weeks.
Thank you for your thoughts0 -
