    Hi all,

Just to let you know that I havent dispeared off the planet!
I'll have to update and read back another time.

My 13yo son fell down a tree at 6pm Monday on a dark and exceptionally cold night and his leg was in a position no leg should ever be in! It took the paramedic 20 mins to arrive and the ambulance another 10. The longest time of my life! It doesn't help as he was born with talipes anyway ( 2 club feet) and after 10 years off surgery he is as normal as can be but has small legs. Anyway after a horrendous stay in hospital which included 6 hospitals saying they were admitting him then having no beds we finally got one at 4am in a hospital 3 miles from home. He had it manipulated twice once under general anaesthetic and he's been very lucky not to have a plate. He's now home and in a plaster cast up to his thigh. So as you can guess lifes hectic and I'm sleep deprived.

The joys of being a mother!

    Update soon

    Iris

XS - Dexters a nice name. I've not heard anyone else called it either not like my Jack (17) there's a lot of boys younger than him called that. Seems very popular nowadays! It's nice to be different.

I too havent got any family to ask to look after the babies but tbh I dont want to go back into the rat race anyway. I'm thinking about fostering in the future but we'll see how that turns out.

BabyB Thankyou. Number 7 ..well..never say never! :) Im enjoying buying clothes though at the moment its nice to feel womanly again.

LP - I've never seen anyone be so brave. He really worked that G&A I can tell you, he also had morphine he really was in a bad way. I'm glad it's all over now its been a very busy fortnight with the baby being born and admitted to hospital as well. Think I'll get some wine later ..I hope it works better than G&A - I need it! :)

Michelle I'll be so glad when they are back at school next week and get back to some sort of normality. OH had to take an extra week off as I was in hospital with DS and DS2 (16) is playing up , we are having serious words today. I feel like I want to scream inside. I just want to get in a better routine and everything be normal again.

Just popped on, mortgage has come out today and I'm pleased about that ( not pleased about spending it but with the figure its come to!) I'll update next week as not got time at the moment.

Thank you all :)... things actually got worse later that week , feel like my life's getting out of control with events that are happening recently. OH fell down the stairs last night and I thought he had broken his leg too.:( I was crying that I couldn't take any more. I feel like the last 3/4 weeks have been so upside down with most of my family in pain one way or another.

Thankfully ( ..if I can say that..)after a disturbed night he's very bruised this morning and has 3 black toes. Ouch!

Right I really need to catch up with the mortgage bits n bobs as after all that's why I'm here.

29/10 OP of £20 makes my OP's for October at £144.54

Balance of mortgage : Beginning of August when I started OPing:
    £89,955.26 Daily interest: £8.63 Monthly interest: £ 267.40

Balance at end of October :
    £87,880.21

..hmm why do I have 2 figures written down on paper for this month end?? I think I've messed up a little as this figure is either 87,880.21 or £87,822.83 either way I'm in the 87ks so not too fussed. I'll get it right at the end of the month when my figures show then and my heads clearer !
