Not much to report, been a nearly NS weekend. Did go food shopping but that doesn't count as its budgeted for. Did have to buy more printer ink though as its printing grey
.
Made some bread today and listed a few books on Amazon. Lovely sunny weather but cold cold cold out. Too cold really to do any gardening. Did lots of work emails instead and got a bit more 'stuff' ready for recycling.
OH away working till tomo eve, was going to have an early night but have just noticed the time:eek:. Never mind its still fairly early for me. Just got to get a few bits ready for work tomorrow. Have a good week everyone x0 -
We've had minging weather for about a week now
. Been foggy and very cold - its gets in yer bones kind of cold. Today heavy rain was added to the above and got soaked twice going to and from work. Moan over...........
My meeting this afternoon was cancelled so came home early from the big city and got my hair cut. Been catching up on invoices and work related emails but as soon as I think its all done - more comes in!
Day off tomorrow and going out for lunch with niece for a catch up. looking forward to seeing mortgage update online when it comes. We've OP'd quite a bit this month and OH added a £200 dividend he got.

Hi Lois :wave:thanks for dropping by and thanks to PP and SS too.
Weather still meh, feels really cold again today so had heating on all day but not v warm sitting here. Had nice lunch and blether with niece then back home to do some housework, washing and rest of admin.
OH out tonight so listed some books on Amazon and had a long catch up with a friend on the phone. got cat on lap, he is competing with netbook and I'm typing slowly with one finger!
No update re online mortgage - seems to be taking longer now0 -
Ahh, the joys of having a cat on your lap, at least it helps keep you warm
Do you OP online?? I noticed when I made a small OP using my old mortgage number it took a couple of days, but when I remembered to use the 'new' number (putting it down as a reference) it had gone through the next day. No idea if that was just coincidence though.'A watched potato will never chit'...0 -
Hi Poppy,:hello:
yes, I OP online, don't think I have a new mortgage number though so can't try your suggestion. I had a look online again but still not updated.
Not much to report here, still cold, wet and foggy. Am currently trying to resist belgian chocolate and fudge hot cross buns. They are very nom nom but am back on my eating plan and lost about half a stone so far so want to keep going with that.0 -
The 'new' account number is actually months old, I just hadn't got round to changing it on my records'A watched potato will never chit'...0

that rings a vague bell - will have to check the paperwork. Its still not updated online; even the regular mortgage payment isn't showing up. Don't they know how impatient I am
:(.
Busy weekend, whizzed by. The sun shone for a couple of hours yesterday afternoon following a not very promising start. Got quite a bit of tidying up done in the garden. Need to get some seeds planted indoors next. Was quite surprised to have a butterfly land on me briefly, first one I've seen this year. Couple of bees buzzing around too, flet quite spring like!
Today did lots of washing - bedding etc and hoovered round, washed floors. This affy went round sis' as BiL has a big birthday - resisted nibbles as trying to be good and stick to eating plan but its hard going.
Off to bed now as early start tomorrow - night all, have a good week x0 -
Mine is the same Teapot - is it H*****x?
Quite a few butterflies already here despite it being windy west coast:DMortgage OP 2025 £6200/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Thats the one SS . I noticed there was a message on the online banking yesterday when I checked it yet again, saying something about problems re updating interest on ISA accounts on line so it sounds like they are behind all round0
