You can't hold the man responsible for the actions of his missus, especially as they appear to have separated at the start of the year (although he should probably have checked her career history out more thoroughly when they first met in South America)

Given his support for a LL who has publicly acted in abhorrent fashion towards her T, I'm more interested in whether he himself owns any residential property that is let out and/or whether he has specific business links with those who do?

I do take on board Dopester's comments though about how Mr Weatherley may now have a greater understanding of how it feels to be doorstepped by the media, as Ms Nobre was, apparently at Ms Butler's request.

In his maiden speech to Parliament, Mr Weatherley, who used to work as a finance director for music mogul Pete Waterman’s group of !businesses, pledged he would be the first member to wear an Iron Maiden T-shirt in the Commons. He used to have a number of business interests in Brazil, including an !accountancy role in a now defunct company called Brazilian Property Management Ltd.

Is it me or is his wife not unlike (certainly in the first picture) Suzy in appearance?

So if we assume a Mirror journalist or photographer took the pictures of her in partial undress, during an 'appointment', that raises questions about how far their journalists are prepared to go for a story..... and how far they went.

I find it more interesting that he posed with her at functions during his election campaign, when they were apparently already separated. Presumably she was introduced as his wife, promoting him as a happily married man with those all important tory 'family values', when apparently he is single and (according to some) a bit of a ladies man... Surely this is a little dishonest?

She is reported to have gone home to Brazil in 2007, returning two years later when her husband asked her to assist him ahead of his election campaign...

The father-of-three took his blonde wife to functions in the run-up to the General Election, and just two months ago she was photographed visiting the Houses of Parliament.

It is highly relevant, being publicly humiliated, linked by association, uproven insinuations & accusations.

The MP has made no comment on the disgraceful behaviour of Suzy Butler.

It is unclear whether he has checked the facts of the case and understands the rights & responsibilities of landlord & tenant.

It is not clear whether he has checked if the law has been broken.
