I don't think the MP has said anything at all about Suzy Butler though. Suzy declared it was a 'successful meeting' or something similar, but I don't remember Mike Weatherly commenting at all.
I'm happy to be corrected if my memory is failing, but I don't see the relevance of today's tabloid stories to the rest of the content of this thread.0 -

On Tv I couldn't pinpoint her nationality.
I can imagine immigrant communities being tight-knit & angry over what happened to the tenant.0 -
Interesting question, hadn't thought of that.

I thought the tenant was English (assumption).... but also she's spent some years living in Portugal and Switzerland. That's from memory on something I read a few weeks ago.0 -

I don't see the MP inviting the tenant to Westminster, posing for photos with her.. lending implicit support to back a campaign to defend tenants rights, or warning of the risks ignorant landlords can bring to tenants.

The SB campaign has censored all questions & discussion, not explained, justified or apoligised for the disgraceful behaviour.
Then tried to hide behind the MP under the ruse of trying to change the law.
Links to the MP are prominent on their page as a diversion, give credibility & token acceptance to them & their behaviour.
The MP maybe doesn't realise he is now the front man, as no questions are being answered on their page.0
