Nice find. So either the tent thing is a lie (which we knew anyway... allegedly!) or her father was so selfish that he wouldn't put her up in one of his many, many, many spare rooms.

I think someone needs to be asking Suzy about the case of the vanishing lady - Carmen?

Has anyone seen anything or heard anything about her whereabouts?

This is most irregular Hastings, she says in a dodgy accent

Well found. Nice place. Looks roomy enough, if Dad still lives there. No space to take in your daughter for a while, as she sorts out one of the business risks and consequences of being a landlord?
Only a few streets away from the house she rented to a tenant.
I had the dad's address, but held off posting it in case it got the thread deleted again. Hopefully she won't send the lawyers in again. In any case it's a matter of public record really, she's listed it as the headquarters of Kiya Survivors in the early days before it moved to its current premises, and she mentioned in the Argus article from 2001 that she was living with her dad at that address.

Nos 37 and 39 on that street went for £820k and £815k in early 2006, and there are three properties on the same street currently on RM for around £1m. The claims of Suzy to be destitute and homeless ring a bit hollow when two jags daddy dearest is living less than a mile down the road in a million pound mansion. Having already paid cash to buy her a luxury flat in Peru "in a wonderful building with amazing views. Huge lounge and terrace facing the sea. Three bedrooms. Jacuzzi bath. Marble and granite in kitchen and bathroom", you'd think the least he could do if his daughter was stuck living in a tent would be to offer up one of his spare rooms for her to kip in.

  • Found some stuff, sadly I am fearful of posting anything that could get the thread deleted.

Oh come on Dave, give us a clue! ( We all think the thread is toast again anyway).

I also have suspicions about something but don't like to say in case I'm way off. :)

I wonder if we are thinking along the same lines.

Yes, and what a cheerleader she is. My favourite exchange has to be:

Tess Tickle: Do you not feel slightly cheap fighting their battle for them while they break promise after promise?

Vicky Louise Bowles: Not at all. i think it's a worthy cause fighting for rights that will put things on an even keel for both tenants and landlords and seeing as i'm a tenant myself, i think the law favours those who disrespect tenancy agreements. a swifter eviction for those who purposely refuse to pay rent etc should happen.

Tess Tickle: And for the 97 billionth time of asking - How do you propose making it quicker? Why should a LL being able to get a case heard in court in a fraction of the time another person can get their dispute heard. Of course the other option is to increase taxes so we can have a very speedy county court system. Historically, "I promise I will put up taxes", has not been a vote winner.

Vicky Louise Bowles: I have never said i have all the answers.

    !!!!!!...
