Found some stuff, sadly I am fearful of posting anything that could get the thread deleted.

There is a 6 bedroom semi for sale on the street at the asking price of 985,000.

192.com might not give any electoral roll results but the result it did return was a director result so if only there were websites where we could search directors :)

7 Years bad luck if that slipped :)

Janet S Sampson is the emergency contact name on the tenancy. Couldn't make it out properly on the picture but with the name there its clear thats what it was.

    Well noticed.

Although the name and address on the AST for the landlord, which I couldn't fully make out either, seemed to be a "Newhaven" address. That's how I interpreted it.

Newhaven is where her mother lives. She spent three weeks living after Peru. I think this was recorded on the original thread and was established while her FB page was wide open!

Frank A is Dad, Joshua D is brother (currently at Uni) and Janet Sampson is possibly Dad's squeeze?

They are large victorian semis, go for between half and one million quid, there are a couple on Rightmove and one doing the rounds on Google as a walk-in 360 degrees tour which is quite fun.
Not to my taste but I can imagine the local bohos go mad for 'em.

Well found. Nice place. Looks roomy enough, if Dad still lives there. No space to take in your daughter for a while, as she sorts out one of the business risks and consequences of being a landlord?

Only a few streets away from the house she rented to a tenant.
