    This whole sorry saga illustrates the need for would-be landlords to know the law, before they let their property. :whistle:

    She's obviously non too bright, but that's no excuse for not finding out how the law works, before all the histrionics, which have just made her, and her 'chums', look completely silly.:rotfl:

    Good luck to the tenant, and I hope she has the good fortune to find a more sensible landlord when she rents her next property.
