    Which is where, please?

Well I was being somewhat facetious in that I don't expect to see the video like we didn't see the statement :)

But apparently we did see the statement. The update from Suzy is the statement clearing things up that we have been promised.

Nicola David I do not support any tenant who deliberately witholds their rent but has Suzy not broken the law by illegally evicting her tenant? Is using the media against the tenant not tantamount to harassment? How can you campaign about changing the law if you do not follow it yourself? Could we please have more facts about this case before people jump on the bandwagon?

An end to squatters rights what about homeowners rights? Hi Nicola, thanks for your post, we will be posting a brief statement today which i hope will clarify some of the misinformation currently in circulation. In the spirit of openess We have also decided to host a webchat so you can ask your question directly, more details on this time etc to follow

Elizabeth Cook I never doubted that, but will you be pursuing rouge landlords too? Once again I repeat what I have said on a number of occations; I DO HAVE SYMPATHY FOR LL WHO FIND THEMSELVES IN THIS DIFFICULT SITUATION.

My point was many landlords are inexperienced and let their property for whatever reason without first doing research (which is a fact).
I'd now like to ask if proper proceedures were followed i.e. refs, bank cks etc. how do you intend to identify rogue tennants in future?

Also once again you have failed to answer a question I've now asked 4 times.. Did Suzy and other landlords pay tax on their unearned income.. Or.. take out insurance in case of this happening?
Maybe you'd like to draw attention to the fact; Income from renting is classed as unearned income therefore taxable, and insurance is available to LL who then include it in the monthly rent.

An end to squatters rights what about homeowners rights? Hi Elizabeth, these will all be answered tomorrow as originally discussed

Elizabeth Cook The date for issuing a statement has not been discussed and I resent you implying otherwise. You merely suggested it would be in a few days, however, you said that last week too!

An end to squatters rights what about homeowners rights? To be fair Elizabeth, we have been extremely busy, you will have a full statement tomorrow, the statement last week was in relation to suzy regaining her property
which has been accomplished, the next steps will be outligned shortly
    Thanks for your patience

Hi Steph we posted an update from suzy on here yesterday see below, we will be posting some documents on here later today which we hope will answer most of the questions raised

Steph Collins But you said on the discussion board that points would be answered tomorrow and on Nicola's post below you again say you will be posting a statement to clear some things up. I was kinda hoping for more than a statement saying what we have already heard :(

An end to squatters rights what about homeowners rights? Hi Steph we have had loads of questions and points raised and unfortunately we can't answer them all individually that is why we will be running a webchat on monday

Why are they even bothering with property letting. The are producing enough male cow poop to start a business dealing in bulk fertiliser orders.

Webchats?! Videos?! Extra websites?? Isn't all this getting a bit silly?
All we want to know are the facts and all that needs is a couple of sentences of text or similar.

There were a couple of initial responses which had been posted up in the now deleted original thread.

It's what you do when you're trying to wriggle out of the mess you got yourself in...try to distract everyone thinking you actually have reason to the madness you displayed and keep people believing that without actually responding and taking responsibility for your behaviour or admiting fault.

It arrogance, stubborn and down right rude not to respond to the public questions yet ask the public to support your cause.

The only way to get through to people like Suzy who have probably got their way in life whether right or wrong is via our court system.

Anyone know anything about Carmen? Is she likely to take any action?

I got a rather neutral "thanks for your comments which have been passed to the Editors" email reply from GMTV.

I'm rather hoping that they were inundated with complaints.

The thing which worries me about Carmen is that on her 2nd GMTV interview Suzy said she would be giving her support - should that read keeping her quiet?

Maybe it isn't just FB which is being controlled.
