I don't think she can appeal again, she would have to apply from the beginning again and I am not sure that she wants to at the moment. It is incredibly stressful on her, she was physically sick before we went to the tribunal on Monday.

Not necessarily "nice" but I went back to work today! And survived, yay!
Nice thing - my credit card statement arrived and for the first time in yonks I can actually see the balance going down!! for me that's a big "woo-hoo!!!" moment.
Now to make it come down in bigger chunks!
Didn't know you could freeze banana's either, so learned something here! Is there a technique??

I've never frozen bananas, but apparantly if you peel them and wrap them in foil it's best. You can eat them frozen and it's like ice cream so I've heard.

yep, peel bananas and wrap in foil. If you chop them into small slices first, they are lush straight from the freezer
