tenmah, that's really harsh...did they give a reason?

£345 isn't bad for a TEFL course is it? 2 day intensive in-class stuff, and then 70-80 hours online?

Sounds a great price to me, people I know who've done it paid a couple of grand.

Sammy and Tenmah, they just don't care about the people. It's like me with social services, they accept that my therapeutic activities are important for my health but wont allow them as an expense on my financial assessment. I agree with Lou Tenmah, use any advantage you can, and if he's at all professional he wont let the friendship be a problem (hopefully he wont apply that professionalism to it being an advantage though!).

Whoever it was that mentioned pink lady apples, thank you! I got some the other day and I'm actually eating them instead of looking at them thinking 'I really should eat them' like I usually do with apples!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Ames, I thought it was a good price, I'll do it at some point over the next two years, it'd be useful to have it.

Ames, i really like pears but these days i find that you get floury ones rather than nice juicy pears so i have stopped buying them.
