Sorry, don't mean to knock back everything that is being suggested. This was her second tribunal and we seem to have exhausted all the help we can get. She has been helped by two welfare advisers at the Council (where I work) who both said she should get it based on her application and submission. So if they think she should, and they are working on DLA applications daily, I don't understand why the panel turned her down.

You should at least be given an [STRIKE]application.[/STRIKE].:grouphug: explanation......sorry i iz tired...

Oh Sammy, that is just disgusting (about your sister, not about you getting four clients, which of course is amazing!)

Well done on the new clients Sam:T

I looked at the individual task feedback on the exam I failed today and I only failed one question in the second section of the paper..........as I suspected the analysis and advice question.

At least all my figures were OK:o

It is and to meet her you would realise that she is someone who needs DLA...but she isn't stupid and gets fed up sitting indoors all the time.

    :Tto the news clients!

Good! You are clever and so deserved to pass.....on the one hand its gutting to realise you only just failed, but that should make passing in December so much easier.....just don't give up...;)

I saw this earlier and would have said a big fat nothing, my day has been horrible. I decided not to post that though, no sense needlessly depressing everyone. Good thing I didn't too because something good has turned up right at the tail end of the day, I found out I have not missed the Western Morning News £10 holidays this year even though I thought I had and I might just about be able to get enough tokens/passwords to have me a holiday after all, hurrah!

I made a post about it on the UK holidays board if anyone fancies a cheap Devon/Cornwall holiday in a smaller park (not big ones like Haven). You actually don't have to buy the paper, just see the thread.

Anyway, that's not me promoting the WMN honestly (even if I am a decided fan of thier £10 offer- beats The Sun's hands down if you ask me) I was just saying... Today was rubbish and now it has brightened right up with the prospect of a holiday next spring. I am much happier now!
I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)

As of the last count I have cleared
    [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt. :(
