This was on watchdog last night. But they ignored Sainsburys and Tescos and concentrated on a little company. Link to the watchdog report here:

I did inform them on the day about lack of flowers but never heard back. Sainsburys sent me a £10 gift voucher. How generous considering all other companies at least ave another boquet or equivelent in vouchers.
