Official Valentines Roses Hunt

My girlfriend has still not received hers. I called the Tesco helpline at 3 o'clock today asking where they were and the lady I spoke to said their couriers were 'gauranteeing' delivery between 8:00 and 18:00, well its 19:20 and still no sign, thanks Tesco for ruining my my girlfriends valentines day!

My boyfriend arranged for my dozen red roses from Tesco.com to be delivered on Saturday morning - and they were at 9.45am. He only asked for them to be delivered then (Sat) because it was free delivery - cheapskate. They're very nice though.

(However, one of my friends received 24 red roses. That is just flash!)

I have also tried to ring their helpline now, but 7 times in half an hour and I keep getting the message 'our lines are busy....call back later' and it cuts off!

Wow this is not good at all. I think we need to have a word with Tesco. I will pass this to a friend at the mirror. It's the type of story they will love.

My wife received her 12 Grand Prix roses from Serenata Flowers at 9:15am this morning. Superbly packaged and in excellent condition. Well worth every penny just to see her face when they arrived. I wouldn't like to think what mood she'd be in if I'd ordered from Tesco and they'd not arrived. Hope it all works out for you.

PLUS free boquet of flowers delivered on saturday as an extra sweetner...

good or what..

still !!!!!! that NOTHING turned up today..

this means i can spend £45.00 on my wife staurday shopping!! YEAH!!

Well pleased for you tigerstyles, at least you have heard from them, had you called Tesco or emailed them? I have had no phone call or anything!

I hope I get the same as nothing can really make up for it. Had to tell my girlfriend in the end as she would have just thought I was being well cheap and getting them reduced the day after!!
